THAILAND: Prayut: No reconciliation for law breakers

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has issued a “message to the people” on the new charter and reconciliation on Saturday morning. In a strong-worded statement attacking the previous government and Thaksin Shinawatra, he said reconciliation would proceed, but not at the expense of justice and rule of law.
